Our Fantasia Consultants are very passionate and highly trained individuals.

We are a cash-and-carry home party organization since 1980, which means customers receive their merchandise the same night of the party. We supply our consultants with approximately $10,000 of merchandise on consignment to ensure that they have enough merchandise on hand.

GUARANTOR APPLICATION FORM

WHY DOES FANTASIA REQUIRE A GUARANTOR AND WHAT EXACTLY IS A GUARANTOR GETTING INTO?

The reason why Fantasia must have a Guarantor is that it "lends" over $10,000 of merchandise to its Sales Consultants. They in turn only pay for what they sell and Fantasia again "lends" them more merchandise to bring them back to the $10,000 mark. Therefore the Consultants always have about $10,000 of Fantasia`s merchandise.

Although we only accept Consultants who meet certain minimum credit requirements, experience has taught us that the only way that our investment can be fully secure is by having a Guarantor. This gives us someone responsible should the Sales Consultant prove to be dishonest. It also shows that someone has enough confidence in the Consultant`s honesty to stand up for her.

When you accept to be a Guarantor, you are agreeing to pay us any money owed by the Consultant which we are unable to collect from her. If there is a problem, we will always attempt to deal directly with the Consultant. Only if we are unsuccessful, will we contact you.

When you agree to be a Guarantor, you are signing an agreement between Fantasia, the Consultant and yourself. This agreement is NOT REGISTERED. This means that no other financial institution is aware of its existence and therefore it has NO IMPACT WHATSOEVER on your future credit requirements. Your ability to create lines of credit , get loans, get credit cards, lease or buy cars, buy houses, etc. will not be affected by you agreeing to be a Guarantor for a Fantasia Consultant.
