Product Policy
Since we guarantee our products for one year, we highly recommend that you keep your Fantasia receipt. The products are covered for manufactured defects and will be replaced at no charge once the product is returned along with a copy of the invoice to head office. Please send it to 3135 JB Des Champs Lachine, Quebec H8T 2E4. Please insure the parcel and ask for signature required. Should the return product be unavailable, we will provide you with product(s) of equal value (your choice).
